Strelitzia, Plantation Gardens, Kauai HI

1 T. passion fruit (lilikoi) syrup
1 T. molasses
3 T. passion fruit wasabi mustard
½ tsp. salt
¼ c. red wine vinegar
¼ c. olive oil
½ c. salad oil

Mix passion fruit syrup, molasses, mustard and salt in a jar.  Add wine vinegar, cover jar and shake until smooth. Add olive oil and salad oil in three additions by shaking.
